Wiki information

                      The first wiki was created by Ward Cunningham in 1995. He first developed this software in 1994 and installed it to the internet in 1995. It's designed as a powerful system for online communities to build web pages and websites.
                                                             What is a wiki?
                      A wiki is a collaborative website that comprises the perpetual collective work of many author's. Similar to a blog in structure and logic, a wiki allows anyone to edit, delete, or modify content that has been placed on the website using a browser interface, including the work of previous authors. It is designed as a powerful system for online communities to build web pages and websites.

                                                             Why is it useful?
                      It is useful because they contain lot's of information that people need. If it's wrong, it's easy for anyone to correct it, which means that in time, a highly accurate and high quality resource is created.

                                                               Personal uses
                     The wiki can also be used for information that you may not know or want to know. You may want to influence individual writer's to submit their information that can be helpful to others. Dont always believe what you read in a wiki unless it has reliable resources backing up they're description's.


                      Overall, wiki's are influential, shaping collaborative online content development, and are likely to become increasingly popular. The more popular it gets the more potential wiki abuse will occur.

Multimedia and Design

             Let's start off, There's many different ways you can use this program. Alot of people use this skill to succeed in life. There is a couple of ways it works. Here's one of them  it's called Self-Marketing, have self confidence in your work and what you do. It's the act of demonstrating your talent, achievements, and just to be an expert at it. Be the best you can be, and communicate effectively. This is one of the most important skills you have. Advertise everything you do.
          
             In MultiMedia and design there's always way's of improving yourself. Consistently work at things to achieve your goals and what you want to do. Listen to other peoples opinions and also add your own. I'ts good to listen to people and take in their advice.

           The Internet plays a big role in today's society. Why? Because People like us made it happen. Some companies use the internet for advertising they're product. Movies are advertised to get more people's attention, They want to convenience them to see it. We use it to contact eachother and to keep up to date on new's and anything we would like to find out. This is all related to MultiMedia and Design.
